How do I restore purchased Credits?
Open the recharge screen while signed in and use the restore or refresh option provided by the app or platform purchase sheet. If a completed purchase still does not appear, email username@example.com with the Apple transaction date and the account you used in Deryx.
What happens to unused Credits?
Unused Credits stay on your Deryx account until they are spent, expire under the product terms, or are reversed because of a refund, chargeback, or fraud review. Purchased Credits normally expire 12 months after they were added.
Why does Deryx need camera access?
Camera access lets you capture meal photos for public posts, profile updates, Meal Journal entries, and Coach food-photo analysis. If you deny camera access, you can still use text-based posting and manual meal entry.
Why does Deryx need access to my photos?
Photo access is used only when you choose an image from your library for a Meal Journal entry, Community Feed post, profile picture, or Coach request. Deryx does not scan your library in the background.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Open the post, comment, or user profile menu and select the report option. Deryx also lets you block users. Reports help moderation review content that may be abusive, infringing, misleading, or unsafe.
Why do I see an AI data notice before Coach sends?
Deryx shows that notice before the first Coach request so you know text, recent Coach history, and any image you attach will be transmitted for AI processing. Once you agree, the app stores that preference and does not ask again unless the app data is reset.
Why does Coach ask for text with my food photo?
Coach uses the prompt you provide to understand what kind of answer you want, such as calorie estimates, meal balance feedback, or ingredient guidance. A short prompt improves the relevance of the result.
Why might Deryx request microphone access?
Some connected in-app experiences may support voice input for assistant requests. Standard browsing, Meal Journal logging, and text Coach use do not require microphone access. You can deny microphone permission and still use the app’s core features.
